Diana Ng

Diana Ng is an emerging artist from Hong Kong, holds a Diploma of Visual Arts from TAFE and a Bachelor of Fine Art from the National Art School. She is exhibiting regularly in Sydney. Growing up in Hong Kong, where different cultures meet, she rejoices in an amalgamation and at times collision of cultures and beliefs that fuel her unique approach to experimenting with materials.

Diana is interested in creating an ephemeral and tactile experience through contemplating her own relationship with space and materials. Her works often morph with sites. Driven by tactility, she is working across different media, including steel, timber, fabrics, latex, videos, photography, etc. Her practice is not limited to specific media, she seeks to realize a body of work through an experimental approach, often combining materials as a means for unique expression.
